The interior of the Przedbˇrz Wooden Synagogue as seen from the women's balcony.

The windows at the opposite wall are on each side of the aron kodesh, the ark holding the torah scrolls.

On the floor in front of the windows, you can see the shtenders, little stands where the men could put their prayer books during services, and between services.

We think the metal "saucers" hanging on the walls under the windows are candleholders for light at night. The saucer shapes are probably reflectors.

See the Bagnówka Project's other view of the synagogue interior, attributed to Tomek W. (Tomasz Wisniewski?).
