The Bagnˇka project labels this photo as "The Jewish Quarter". This is probably right, since the cemetary was in Widoma, and there were plenty of other places where a large Jewish population was outside the main part of town.

(I don't recall from where I obtained this image, attibuted to W. Tomek, 1920. I don't believe it was from the Bagnóka project, but if it was, I apologize.)

Apparently some people spelled it Widama, but most used Widoma. Or perhaps the caption is a typo.
