4th Issue (#11-14)
Layout:  Sheets of one (?) pane; each pane is 5 rows by 6 columns.

Perfs: (Quantities unknown).

#11A, 12A, 13A, 14A: Perf 10.
#11B, 12B, 13B, 14B: Perf 11½; #13 & #14 perf 11½ are rare, according to Kronenberg (scan V7_P50).
#11C, 12C, 13C, 14C: Imperf.

Note: there is a question about the 4th issue perf 11½ stamps. Apparently Petriuk (pg. 97) thinks they may have been privately perforated, because on-cover, they have only been seen on philatelic items. (Thanks to Jerry Zedlitz for mentioning this problem.)

According to Petriuk (pg 96) all proofs for this issue are double-sided imperfs. They are listed at the end of this section.

#11 (5 Hal. red town square)
#12 (10 Hal. green City Hall)
#13 (15 Hal. blue Pilica river bridge)
#14 (20 Hal. violet wheat sheaf and hammers)

More Varieties: See #11 varieties (Preview) from a November 2008 auction. Not sure about other varieties yet.

Double-sided Proofs: (all imperf) (a's and b's are my notation, not Petriuk's or Barefoot's.)
